A strong advocate for Surrey's police and fire services, she has strengthened city services while keeping taxes low. Her Council has built recreation facilities and roads across Surrey and approved thousands of units of housing.

Harry Bains is a proud Surrey resident, lawyer, and father of two, deeply rooted in the community. He is focused on safer neighbourhoods, stronger communities, and a city where families can thrive — with priorities including public safety, housing affordability, and smart growth. He advocates for expanded healthcare and education to support Surrey's growing population.
As Chair of the Focus Newton Task Force, helped revitalize a major town centre with safer streets, improved public spaces, and key infrastructure investments.

Rob Stutt
Rob Stutt is a Surrey City Councillor with decades of policing experience as a former RCMP officer. Focused on public safety and emergency preparedness, he works to keep Surrey safe and resilient. Rob advocates for accessible health care and has been a long-time supporter of youth and community initiatives across Surrey.
Deeply connected to the community through minor hockey, the Sullivan Community Association, and the Cloverdale Rodeo Board. Serves on the Heritage Advisory Committee.

Gordon (Gord) Hepner is a dedicated public servant and lifelong Surrey resident. He operates a boutique, full-service notary practice serving local families and businesses. As a Surrey City Councillor, Gord brings local insight, professional experience, and a proven track record as a strong, reliable voice for Surrey families and neighbourhoods.
Chair of the Parks, Recreation and Sport Tourism Committee, helping deliver the largest parks and recreation capital program in Surrey's history.

Pardeep Kooner
Pardeep Kooner is a civic leader known for her disciplined approach and strong community connection. Elected to Surrey City Council in 2022, she brings experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant and business owner, with a focus on financial accountability, transparency, and long-term planning. Her background ensures decisions are fiscally responsible while meeting community needs.
Serving on finance, audit, and environmental committees, supporting responsible governance and forward-thinking policy as Surrey continues to grow.

Noemi Victorino
Noemi Victorino is a proud Surrey resident driven by servant leadership and a passion for community impact. With a background in federal administration, project management, and enforcement with the Canada Border Services Agency, she has since led nonprofit programs advancing food security, employment, mental health, and homelessness — impacting thousands of Surrey residents.
Currently Executive Director of Harvest for Hope and serving on Surrey's Social Equity, Livability, and Public Safety Committee.

Rona Tepper
Rona Tepper is a dedicated community leader with extensive experience in public safety, volunteer service, and victim advocacy. Through her work in search and rescue and with RCMP Victim Services, she has supported individuals and families during some of their most difficult moments. She serves on the Board of Governors for Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue.
Recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal and the Coast Guard Auxiliary Medal for Administrative Excellence.
