    • Roads and transportation: Delivered more than 8 km of road improvements and repaved 27 km of roads in 2024. Added 11 km of cycling and pedestrian paths, 15 crosswalks and 21 intersection improvements in 2025.

    • King George–Nicomekl River Bridge: Completed the bridge project to improve transportation connections.

    • Truck parking: Added 240 truck-parking stalls.

    • Housing approvals: Reduced residential permitting times by 75% and expanded guaranteed timelines for townhouses, low-rise and high-rise projects.

    • Housing Accelerator Fund: Provisionally secured $95 million in federal funding and reported more than 13,800 net new homes against a 13,000-home target, including more than 220 affordable homes.

    • Gateway lands: Completed development planning for approximately 1,800 future homes on City-owned lands.

    • Public-safety staffing: Added 140 police officers, 80 firefighters and 40 bylaw officers.

    • Police-transition funding: Secured an agreement with British Columbia providing up to $250 million to support the Surrey Police Service transition and reduce costs to Surrey taxpayers.

    • SAFE community program: Committed $6 million to continue the program after SAFE partners supported 5,186 residents.

    • Surrey Youth Resiliency Program: Secured $4 million in federal funding and supported 2,434 residents through eight prevention and intervention projects.

    • Emergency notifications: Introduced the Alertable emergency-notification system.

    • Bear Creek Park Stadium and Running Track: Completed the facility in June 2025 and opened it in July 2025.

    • Newton Athletic Park improvements: Completed the mini fieldhouse, replaced two turf fields, improved outdoor lighting and added public art.

    • South Surrey Athletic Park improvements: Completed skatepark improvements and replaced Turf Fields 8 and 9.

    • Parks and sports facilities: Delivered or upgraded turf fields, tracks, playgrounds, spray parks, shelters, washrooms, courts, cricket facilities, trails and boardwalks across Surrey.

    • Childcare funding: Secured more than $8.9 million for 250+ full-time childcare spaces at six locations, plus additional funding for preschool and before- and after-school care.

    • Central Surrey Recycling and Waste Centre: Opened the East Newton facility and expanded recycling access.

    • Waste diversion: Diverted more than 850 tonnes through drop-off events and achieved a reported 31% reduction in landfill waste from the 2010 baseline.

    • Totest Aleng Indigenous Learning House: Opened the new Indigenous learning and cultural space.

    • Libraries: Opened the Newcomer Welcome Centre, launched the Mobile Library, eliminated fines and hired the Library’s first Indigenous Services Coordinator.

    • Arts and culture: Distributed $528,379 to 67 cultural organizations and launched UrbanScreen on the Plaza.

    • Climate and resilience: Adopted the Climate Change Action Strategy and completed seven of 13 Disaster Mitigation and Adaptation Fund projects.

    • Health and homelessness partnerships: Secured $765,000 for Street SMART outreach, RAHI Care and peer-leadership work, while advancing A Pathway to Home and winter-shelter supports.

    • Economic development: Exceeded 100 annual business engagements, launched Innovation Boulevard 2.0, completed the Foreign Direct Investment Action Plan and began implementing Surrey’s Agritech Strategy.

    • Digital City services: Expanded MySurrey and online payments, modernized permitting tools, launched customer-service chatbots and strengthened cybersecurity.

    • Surrey–Langley SkyTrain: The 16 km extension with eight new stations is under construction. More than 1,000 guideway segments have been produced in Surrey, supporting 350+ local jobs.

    • King George Boulevard BRT: Bus Rapid Transit design is advancing, with early road improvements underway between 76 Avenue and 72 Avenue.

    • 72 Avenue Extension: Surrey’s largest road project is moving forward and will create a 5 km connection between Newton and Cloverdale.

    • Centre Block and SFU School of Medicine: Development approvals and agreements are complete, the project team is in place, and excavation and foundation work is moving forward.

    • Newton Community Centre: The pre-construction contract has been awarded and early road and utility work is advancing.

    • Cloverdale Sport and Ice Complex Phase 2: Phase 1 is complete, the Phase 2 construction contract has been awarded, and work is moving forward on the $132.8 million facility.

    • Cloverdale Athletic Park: Artificial-turf fields, parking improvements and an indoor practice facility are moving forward.

    • Chuck Bailey Recreation Centre: Renovations are adding childcare and improved seniors-programming space ahead of the larger expansion.

    • Fire Hall 6 and fire-service expansion: Pre-construction work is underway for replacement Fire Hall 6, with planning and design also advancing for a downtown fire hall and expansions of Fire Halls 11 and 15.

    • Public Safety Campus: Planning is underway for a co-located campus serving police, fire, bylaw and emergency management.

    • O’Siem Indigenous childcare: Work is advancing on 48 spaces at Hawthorne Park and 54 spaces at O’Siem Village.

    • Neighbourhood parks and recreation: Projects are advancing at Unwin Park, Nicomekl Riverfront Park, Port Mann Park, Abbey Ridge, South Newton, Woodward Hill and other locations.

    • Development approvals: Digital plan review, zoning-compliance tools, pre-application service and additional permitting improvements are being implemented.

    • Area planning: Planning work is advancing in Cloverdale, Clayton, Fleetwood, Anniedale–Tynehead, Grandview Heights and South Westminster.

    • Business continuity and digital modernization: Cloud migration, financial-system modernization, AI-enabled customer support, cybersecurity and workforce-management improvements are underway.

    • Community Medical Clinics Initiative: Opened Surrey’s first City-supported medical clinic in City Centre, with plans for 10 doctors serving at least 12,500 residents and a second clinic expected to open in Newton.

    • City Centre Arena and Entertainment District: Approved and moving forward. Complete agreements, site demolition, design and construction of a new 10,000-seat arena, targeted for late 2029 or early 2030.

    • Centre Block and SFU School of Medicine: Complete construction of Centre Block Phase One and the SFU School of Medicine, targeted for Q3 2030.

    • Newton Community Centre: Build the new aquatic, fitness, gymnasium, library, childcare and community facility, targeted for Q3 2030.

    • Surrey–Langley SkyTrain and station connections: Support completion of the SkyTrain extension and related projects, including the 152 Street Station House and Overpass and improved road access to stations.

    • Bridgeview Revitalization: Increasing residential home count from 2,000 to over 20,000 including office, retail and commercial spaces and linkages to future riverside promenade.  Planning proicess initiated,

    • Grandview Heights Ice Complex (3 sheets of ice) : Preliminary planning completed.  Goal will be to move the project through detailed planning and construction, subject to Council approvals.

    • Roads and transportation: Invest $358.5 million over five years in road and transportation improvements, including completion of the 5 km 72 Avenue Extension and continued BRT work.

    • Cloverdale Sport and Ice Complex Phase 2: Complete Phase 2, targeted for Q3 2027.

    • Chuck Bailey Recreation Centre expansion: Complete the larger recreation-centre expansion, targeted for Q4 2027.

    • Public Safety Campus: Advance the campus and upgrade the Surrey Police Service Training Centre.

    • Fire halls: Build replacement Fire Hall 6, deliver an additional downtown fire hall, and expand Fire Halls 11 and 15.

    • Surrey Police Service transition: Continue the transition across the city, subject to the Province’s final timing.

    • SAFE and Surrey Youth Resiliency programs: Deliver the next three-year SAFE program and develop the next phase of the Surrey Youth Resiliency Program.

    • Childcare: Deliver 48 O’Siem Indigenous childcare spaces at Hawthorne Park and 54 spaces at O’Siem Village.

    • Parks, recreation and culture: Advance the Interactive Art Museum, Nicomekl Riverfront Park, Archives and 1912 Hall renovation, Port Mann Park and new neighbourhood parks.

    • Housing and affordability: Update the Affordable Housing Strategy, deliver HAF-supported infrastructure and continue actions supporting rental and affordable housing.

    • Planning and customer service: Complete major area-plan updates and implement a clearer pre-application process and Customer Service Charter.

    • Public washrooms: Install accessible prefabricated public washrooms, beginning at Laronde Park.

    • Surrey Animal Resource Centre: Expand the centre’s footprint, kennels and services.

    • Investment attraction: Complete new Invest Surrey tools and international investment-attraction programming.

    • Biofuel and City systems: Advance the Biofuel Facility expansion analysis and complete migration of the City’s financial system to the cloud.
